UNITY  : the International Federation of Pentecostal Churches in Europe  is Apostolic  ;  apostolic, independent, created with the purpose of relief and organization.  Declare that  : Differences and unity in diversity must be surrendered in order to submit to the worship of Jesus Christ, who makes us all one body.

Motivation OF THE MINISTRY  :  We must “bring out the big game” and share programs that enable success with each other in order to accomplish the work of the holy ministry. Big companies spend millions developing leaders.  But we are in our Father's business.  Too few of us understand the need for setting spiritual goals, and even fewer of the Church's methods of spiritual government.  The Federation, through its apostolate, has the mission of motivating one another.  God has methods that work, we'll find  to share them.

ADDRESSING THE LAITY:  There is a wealth of energy and sitting potential in our benches.  Paul said the fivefold ministry was for the perfecting of the saints  ;  the word "improvement" means to endow.  We are in ministry responsible for equipping, training, and preparing the laity, thereby returning to be involved in lay ministries.
